第13回グラミー賞最優秀レコード受賞曲はサイモン・アンド・ガーファンクルの名曲『Bridge over Troubled Water』でした。

また、彼らは1969年に続き、この曲で2度目の最優秀レコード賞の受賞です。同タイトルのアルバムは、1970年のビルボード年間アルバムチャートで1位を獲得しています。

また、数多くのミュージシャンによってカヴァーされており、エルヴィス・プレスリーやアレサ・フランクリン、ジョシュ・グローバン、クレイ・エイケンなど新旧問わず歌い継がれています。

これは bon jovi の二人、Jon Bon JoviとRichie Samboraが歌うヴァージョンですね。
